At FrostyHaven, your safety and product quality are our highest priorities. Due to the sensitive nature of frozen food items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been purchased and delivered.
This policy is in place to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards for all our customers.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns
Temperature Sensitivity
Frozen products must be stored at specific temperatures. Once they leave our facility, we cannot guarantee that proper temperature conditions have been maintained. Even slight thawing can affect product quality and safety.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Accepting returned frozen items may pose risks of contamination and compromise our hygiene standards. To ensure the safety of every customer, we do not resell returned food products.
Shelf Life & Inventory Control
Frozen foods have a limited shelf life. Returns may disrupt inventory management and lead to unnecessary food waste.
In Case of Issues
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A product with quality or taste concerns
Please contact our customer support team immediately (preferably within 24 hours of delivery) with order details and product images. After review, we may offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement.
